I feel like the people who hate him read an article from someone else who took issue on an out-of-context clip/quote and they just repeat/regurgitate the hate. I would be willing to bet a lot of money the majority of people who hate Rogan have never actually listened to any of his content.
It's ok if it's not your cup of tea but to hate him the way some people do is kind of hilarious.

I love it. The mainstream media dies a little more every day. Young people are completely tuned out and the left hates it. Controlling the media is more important to the left than controlling education and controlling the judiciary. And they REALLY value controlling those two things. We all owe Elon a huge debt for buying Twitter and making sure that it was protected from the tyrannical left.

Musk isn't MAGA...he's an opportunist. He's making a bet that Trump will win and, if he's right, Elon will have full reign to bilk the government out of billions of dollars and hold sway over the president of the united states and, by extension, the entire republican party. It's a damn good bet. If he loses the bet, it's really no skin off his back. If he wins the bet, he literally becomes the most powerful man in the world. So why do moderates/leftward despise the guy? Because we see right through his bullshite. He was anti-Trump, believed in manmade climate change (still does), and was on board for the vast majority of the dem platform...outside of the wokeness. Which, thankfully, is finally starting to die a slow death.
Rogan? It wasn't just the COVID stuff, it was him chumming up with a man who he previously refused to have on his podcast because he saw him as a pure threat to our democracy. Now? I think Joe still leans left on many issues but has turned more toward libertarianism, not only out of frustration with the left but also a complete "frick you" to the left. It's the new "cool" thing with these dipshit comics like Theo Von, Rogan, Tim Dillon, etc...they've all sacrificed their previously held beliefs and are now embracing an authoritarian. Why? I guess to own the libs? How COOL and DIFFERENT!!!
