I didn't hear her rationale for opening up on Saturday rather than Friday, like the rest of the state. Did she explain her decision making here?

Someone asked her this yesterday and she said she already had Saturday picked and the state then chose Friday...ain’t she isn’t changing her date.

She set the date before the state did, and I believe it was the 16th.
I'm as "frick LaToya" as the next guy, but why should the re-opening date make any more sense than anything else in this debacle. Why shutdown the state at 5:00pm on a Monday?

Because the stay at home order was issued on a Sunday afternoon. This allowed people to go in to work and get the things they needed to work from home. Makes sense to me.
