Yes...muay thai (punches, kicks, knees, elbows) for over 10 years now. Started in my late 20s at Fairtex in San Francisco and now at a gym here in S. Louisianan. Done tons of rounds and sparring. It is great way to stay in shape and learn technique. Learn to throw an effective jab and low kick and you will trash 90% of people on the street IMO. A friend of mine from my time at LSU owns the UFC gyms in Baton Rouge (formerly LA Boxing). He is a great guy and will let you try it out for free.

I was involved in a boxing club growing up in WI from ages 8-16 and boxed competitively, did very well and I loved it- I only stopped after I got extremely involved in team sports. Moved to AZ post-grad school and trained in Tae Kwon Do for 10 years just to stay active and still boxed a little in boxing clubs in Phoenix and Vegas. If BBJ was around then I would have pursued that instead, it looks like a great way to stay in shape. I don't think I could even last three minutes in the ring these days.

I was a beast back in the day on Mike Tyson knockout. How may I help you?

You need and old TV and real NES. If you have an emulator and laptop you're not getting past Soda Popinski. The game depends on visual cues and a current monitor has a different frame rate that throws off the timing.
