Has anyone heard of the ufo story that took place in 1996 at Varginha, Brazil?

I just heard this guy tell the story on KONCRETE podcast on YouTube. It was very interesting and didn’t know if anybody ever heard of that story from 1996 or if it never made its way up here. I know a guy here locally from Brazil that told me he was a teenager there at that time when it happened and he remembered hearing his uncles talking with their friends about weird stuff going on over there. He said he lived between Varginha and São Paulo.

Yes. When I was little, we found a man. He looked like - like, butchered. The old women in the village crossed themselves, and whispered crazy things, strange things. "El diablo cazador de hombres." Only in the hottest years this happens. And this year, it grows hot. We begin finding our men. We found them sometimes without their skin... and sometimes much, much worst. "El que hace trofeos de los hombres" means "the demon who makes trophies of man."

I watched it about a month ago. Pretty interesting story with lots of eyewitness accounts but no other evidence. Some of the most bizarre UFO stories come out of brazil. James Fox's documentaries are some of the best when it comes to the phenomenon.

I watched the documentary, Moment of Contact.
I don’t know what to believe and I tend to believe UFO stuff because it’s fun. James Fox has said that the cop who lived, Eric Lopes, will not talk about the event under any circumstance… turning down money etc. He also said Lopes is married to the sister of the cop who died after carrying the “alien.”
