These nasal flushes/rinses? Was talking with my dad over Christmas and he said he got one from Wal Mart. It comes with salt packs. He does it twice a day. You stick the device up your nose and squirt it and it blows it out the other side. He said it’s cleared up all his sinus problems and his nose isn’t even stuffy anymore.

I’ve heard it helps prevent Covid as well. Not sure if that’s true.

I struggle with allergies monthly and one sinus infection/year. Nasal rinses are a huge help for both.

PS - don’t use tap water.

Incredible success. Allergies, leaf blowing season, prevents sinus infections when you get a cold.

I use a rinse once a day during the winter. Yes they work great for sinus issues.

I use a netipot on occasion. They provide instant relief to blocked sinuses.

Twice a day is way overkill though.

LSU Girl has it right. No tap water. You run the chance of getting a brain eating amoeba. Boil a cup of water or use distilled.

About two years ago somehow a small piece of food got stuck in my nasal cavity. So I bought one at the time to try to clear it up. It didn’t help too much with that but it has helped with more chronic sinus issues. Probably helpful to start the day with it. Another option for relieving the sinuses is trying an over the counter nasal/allergy spray

I've used a neti pot for 10+ years when I feel sick or stuffy.

I've also never had COVID of any variant.

My dad swears by them, but I just don't have it in me to try it out.

For basic sinus issues, neti pots and the like can't be beat.

They work... But if you need them (Sinuses in bad shape with an infection) they are limited in lasting relief. I had sinus surgery last year after fighting an infection for a year.

Flushes didn't really help me because I was in bad shape before starting them.

I don't know about that, but those Covid tests where you run a foot-long Q-tip from your nose to the back of your skull, those will clear out a nasal passage, at least for a little while.
