Yes it is.
When I’m fasting I’m either drinking water or coffee + milk + ghee. The coffee with milk and ghee shuts hunger down immediately. It’s pretty amazing.

I think the idea is that grass fed butter has MCT Oil in it while regular butter does not.

Coffee alone is a natural laxative, I cannot imagine how much worse it would be adding butter

So ghee instead of regular butter. Any sweeteners? I use truvia in my regular coffee. So so a cup of coffee how much ghee? And I use heavy cream or half and half.
This doesn’t count against the fast?
