Same here

They should get keys made on site and add the 150 to the cost

only said 1 key was available...wtf is that all about

Can the people who have bought from there explain this? It is very weird how every vehicle is one key, no floor mats and no owners manual. Those are pretty important things.

We came really close to buying an Infiniti SUV over there. Had just put down $500 deposit and we're about to pick it up when we gave it one more test drive. We found a transmission problem, and didn't want to have to worry about getting it fixed with a warranty and all that so we ended up not doing the deal. Really nice dealership though.

I sold one to them. Very easy and gave me more than any trade in would’ve been. Whole process took 30 minutes.

Most have said, very easy process.

The price is the price (sometimes will knock off 1-2k depending on the car).

They don’t hassle you, they don’t even ride with you on test drive. If you find any issues, they will get it taken care of.

Price is a little higher than a standard dealership, but to not have to deal with bullshite salesmen and dealerships, it’s worth it.

I will say this: they have healthy margins on there vehicles, my good friend works there. But still, they don’t negotiate. Take it or leave it.

All the cars they sell are bought at auction, and it is extremely rare for dealer cars/repos to be sold with 2 keys. The detail guys at the auction will typically throw away or steal all floor mats and owners manuals. If the detail guys at the auction don’t steal them, then the detail guys at TX Direct probably will.

It’s a used car though, get some weathertechs and a spare key.

The F350 I bought from them had an owners manual. And floor mats.

Maybe it’s more of a disclaimer in case your particular vehicle really is missing those things

Yes. It was easy, but their after market installs are complete shite. I wouldn't do it again because it was a hassle getting in touch with them after we bought. If I did, I'd get a car without all the add-ons and then have that done myself if I wanted them.

Stay away from the headrest TVs at all costs. Even the touchscreen and navigation they put in (we were told that was the original, so assume they lie as well) was a piece of shite.

I did like the no hard sell, drive it yourself and let me know approach. They took about $1100 off the ebay price, which was the closest to original ask I've ever paid but it was a good price. They gave me the finance rate I wanted without a second thought. That made me feel like I fricked up, but I shopped financing to a few places, then took half a point off the best one we got and told them that's what we were offered. They undercut by a bit and moved on.

I still drive the car and love it. It has needed a little more maintenance than I expected, but other than that and the shite add-ons, it was a fair experience.

I did when they first started up down in sugar land. Very easy and I highly recommend them. They are a great place to research vehicles online as well. Lots of good pics on the ones they have posted.
