3rd degree rape in NY is when the victim is incapable of giving consent, either because they are under the legal age to give consent, or they are intoxicated.

Why do people keep saying this? Cosby is doing just fine in jail. Weinstein will either be in minimum security or the same cell block as the other old guys.

When I first saw the poor-me walker prop, I abandoned all hope of him having any crumb of decency. So insulting for him to think anyone was dumb enough to buy into that. Proof positive evil does exist. He is only the tip of the Tinsel Town Iceberg.
