She says "my mother's name is ____ I was born in a Colorado" and then she says "I don't have a mother. My number is 832-5...." and trailed off. I am impressed with how patient the dispatchers are.

They were just able to contact a neighbor who confirmed they were just evacuated and were going to ask around if anyone knew Megan.

If they can get the phone number and IMSI. You can trace the phone to the exact tower.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was not a hoax but a mentally ill person who wasn't all there and was hallucinating or imagining things that weren't really happening. Her neighborhood is evacuating, so it's definitely flooding.

Not saying she's a hoax, but it seems very odd that she can give all kinds of details, at times dropping F bombs and suddenly can't answer basic questions.
(In the spirit of full disclosure, I did think the nursing home photo was fake)
