Steve Caparotta hinted at the possibility of the center reforming to the north of its current location. He said there's currrntly a mid-level center to the north of the main one and said that it'll have to be watched in case that one becomes the main center. If that happens, everything, including those rains, would shift at least 100 miles to the east.
