I know that it doesn't look like it from that camera, but that road running parallel is on the Seawall.....about 35 feet above the beach that is behind it.

35 inches had been avg but then storm slowing down and sitting have changed rain totals

Not substantially, but the area is a bit more broad, and the fact that it is keeping these projections run after run is concerning now that the storm is this close.
