I'm 43 ya frickin poon. It's an old arse reference to an online game where players spend thousands of hours building up their characters and functioning as a team to conquer larger enemies. Before a major battle they were gathered in a staging area meticulously planning the strategy when a member of the group runs balls out into the room to fight yelling Leeeeeroy Jenkins. He gets them all killed.
Turned out to be actual company programmers (Blizzard made Diablo and Warcraft) who made this YouTube but it was dead-on to real life online gaming.

They came up with that story after the unwanted fame and ridicule that ensued. It was most certainly real.

Dude it was most certainly programmers at Blizzard who did it. Re-watch it. It's too perfect to be real. But it's great nonetheless. There was no ridicule for online gaming. It was long known a possibility of unpredictable shite when you play with strangers around the globe.

I’ve never played the game and have barely done any gaming at all. It’s the fact that all the group is planning down to the highest detail and some stoner comes back to his keyboard and completely ruins the plans and gets them all killed.
Even had Abdul crunching the numbers on win percentage. It’s good stuff.
