I have essential tremor. Caffeine makes it worse. If I get stressed or exercise heavily it gets worse. It doesn't really bother me. I typically only notice it when others mention it. You might should look into it.

Spinal stenosis. Get a back MRI. Happened to me and I had zero pain in my back. Mine was with my legs though.

I had the same thing happened. Got a MRI and found out I had four levels narrowing of my spinal canal in my neck. Basically the same thing Michael Irvin and cooper Manning had. Had to get a tri level neck fusion. Went bad and my arms were paralyzed for three months. Found out I was born with it and they couldn't fix but just kept it from getting worse.

Not saying this is what you have but if they say they can't find out why, have them check your neck out. I went to a lot of Drs for thirty years and finally one checked my neck .

It wouldn’t hurt to have some blood drawn to check your thyroid. Hyperthyroidism can make your hands shake.

This nearly killed me at 27 years old. My tsh level was zero when I finally went to the Dr. There would be other side effects though....no sleep...very bad temper

Then why start a thread that sounds like you have early onset Parkinson's or something? Pathetic attention grab.

"Mid 40’s on Ozempic?

Quit being a lard arse all your life and go exercise."

The number of DV you're getting tells me the OT is full of fat arses.

Called Essential Tremors, or Familial Tremors. Hopefully it’s only on one side, one of the main distinctions between that and Parkinson’s. Definitely hereditary. Meds can mostly arrest it. Usually manifests with fine motor skills…don’t even ask me to carry two cups of coffee at once. Much worse when tired or stressed. A couple of adult beverages usually calms mine too.

Sounds like you need to switch to Lizzo.

You can still get shakes, it'll just be at Sonic and taste better

Not likely from the meds but possible as a rare side effect. Caffeine or neuro related are statistically far more likely. Either way, get to a doc quick. There are some drivers of those symptoms that can be more serious and in early phase. Not likely, but not worth risking either. Don’t wait to get it checked.

I used to take phentermine, I had the mini-shakes while I was on that stuff. Drinking alcohol made it better in the evening, and much worse the next day.

Ask your doc, but also just take care of yourself man.
