and so far, he hasn't heard back about his letter.

Mitch is probably extremely busy trying to cover his a$$ right now because Lee Zurik did an investigation last night and found that Trident Response Group, the group out of Texas that Mitch used for "security" was paid by the city of New Orleans multiple times before services were provided or bills for services were even created or mailed.

The guys he interviewed just kept saying this was an unusual process and had no answer for why huge payments would be made before services were even provided or a bill was even made. They were paying guys $250 - $275 per hour and the bills have no explanation of services on them at all. Trident was paid over 1.1 million for three weeks of work (400,000 of that came from this non-profit, Foundation for Louisiana, which donated money for the removal). I'm gonna take a wild guess and say Mitch knows someone at Trident very well.

Don't be fooled, fellas. He's just trying to trick all of you that are leaving because of the statue deal to relocate to Hanceville. That place is a shithole.

Good. Just a little something for all the times you have logged in to say what a shithole NOLA is.

So you're saying you're both right?

That bitch Landrieu wants nothing more than to see those monuments get destroyed completely. I don't see him giving them up.

He wants to hold on to them until he thinks this blows over, then sell them for scrap for pennies on the dollar.

I saw where the Beauregard Parish President wants the PGT statue. Mitch would rather die than see these things back on public display. He's still touring the country patting himself on the back for his actions.

On a related note, if I was JBE, I would pull every last state trooper out of New Orleans and tell Mitch that if you can find over $2-million to remove these monuments, then you can find money to run your police department. I'd be willing to bet that Governor Vitter would have done this.

Doubt it because he knows how important tourism is to the city. Being from Metairie he would probably demand more state troopers on the streets.

Will Amazon have trophy wives walking around in lululemon? If not then I will continue to overlook the

The thought of people from Louisiana shitting on Hanceville is priceless.

Isn't Louisiana heavily saturated with Catholics?

What does this have to do with anything?

Isn't Alabama overflowing with Luke Bryan fans?
