I'm facing this same scenario in a couple of weeks -- my ex's new lawyer is the judge's campaign chair. Are you going to appeal the ruling based on that information?

In cases where the man is a house husband and the woman works, the man is more likely to get custody. The courts are slanted in favor of the primary caregiver, not a specific gender.
