Ram? The truck dodge had to completely remove their name from because they had such a reputation of being junk?

It would make sense that you would see more than other trucks, it’s the most popular truck sold, making it fairly probable that there were more on the road when the deluge hit.

An electric car with low/floor mounted batteries would be fun in deep water.

Not really... Since the early 2000s when Mercedes owned Dodge, the level of product put out from them has been pretty good.

In an attempted to overcome the shite vehicles they put out in the 70s-80s-90s they added tons of features standard, and at a lower price then the others.

For what you will pay for a generic F-150, you can get a loaded out Ram. I’ve had 237,000 worry free miles from my 2011 ram.

Both of my brothers have had nothing but issues with their fords in the same time period. And when I say Fords I mean Fords. Multiple trucks the same amount of time I’ve had my ram.

Eco boost turbo seals going out, a howl from the rear diff, buttons falling off of the accessories, so on and so on....

Ford got complacent on their old reputation, and started getting cheap while demanding a large price.

love your 'my brother's friend had an f150 and...' story.

i have one too; i own a 2012 f150 and other than the silver 'sync' emblem falling off it just does the job day in and day out.

its fun to hate on ford but at least pretend you owned one with problems instead of making up stories about what other people said.

I've never walked because of a Ford. Now a Dodge, yep, twice too many.

Ok, fricktard...... I grew up on Fords. I have a 1971 F-100 Ranger XLT with a 390fe big block w a c6 trans. Add that to my 1970 Mercury Cougar XR-7 with a stroked 351w up to a 408”.

Stroke your ego all you want, and think you put me in my place. In the early 90s, around 93’ Ford purchased Jaguar. They thought to OHC engine was the way to go... Wrong.... The 4.6l was a disaster in the early years. They thought we could fix it with adding more valves, and an extra cam in each head. Nope.

It took Ford years to figure it out. Meanwhile Dodge was putting out the revamped HEMI, and Chevy was killing everyone with the LS engine.

To this day Ram, and Chevy are getting more reliable, more power, and more owner satisfaction from their owners than Ford is. Why do you think they had the major revamp with the Ford trucks this year???

It was to keep up!!!
