Had my 1st "Jesus take the wheel" moment this evening

As i was heading back to BR from a lovely night out in NOLA, I suddenly got the insatiable hankering for an egg mcmuffin (ugh...i know...fast food...of all things!) as the golden arches got ahold of me at the Airport Road exit in Hammond. As i had admittedly hastily exited on the slippery ramp, the wheels on my Acura MDX spun as I began to make the right turn, nearly skidding into an oncoming pickup. I closed my eyes and thought of my loved ones, and many other things I cherish, such as my Uruguayan barbeque pit and my stamp collection. Needless to say, my vehicle straightened out just in time. I had to pull over there and gather myself for a minute. Exasperated, I also ordered 2 apple pies.
Be safe out there folks. Even in unseasonably warm weather like this, it doesn't take much to slick up those roads.

Why are you driving the help's car?

So is your driver actually Jesus, son of God, or is your driver someone that you pay in cash?

Why were you driving through Hammond on your way back from Nola to BR?

Thanks for sharing.
He’s a good co-pilot and let you live so you can do something with your life.
Now step up and make him proud.

Reminiscent of US 77 in south central east Texas.
