re: Had my 1st "Jesus take the wheel" moment this evening

I was on 294 in Chicago a couple of years ago doing 70 and a semi made a lane change hitting my back bumper and turning me sideways in front of him. He ended up pushing me down the expressway at about 60 mph. Out my driver side window was nothing but semi grill. He didn't know I was there...he thought he had a flat tire.

I most definitely did not let Jesus take the wheel. I turned the wheel all the way to the left so I basically backed off the front of him and was able to keep control of the car, and luckily there wasn't anyone else there to smack me. I was perfectly fine.

Cool thing was, I was shopping for a new car anyway, and the insurance agent let me total it so I got a couple extra grand.
