Typical Class Action.
Lawyers get $4,750,000.00.
Original 3 plaintiffs get $5,000.00
Everyone else gets $10.00
And lawyers wonder why people hate on them.
Class Counsel will apply to the Court for their fees and expenses not to exceed a total of $4,750,000.00, subject to the terms of the Stipulation. Class Counsel will also request that the Court approve Red Bull’s payment of “incentive awards” of $5,000 to each of the three Class Representatives. Red Bull will not oppose these requests.
