I’m not sure and can’t keep up. Think the detectives are certain that his wife did pass. My issue is his proven incompetence uncovered by the sleuths. I gave in hopes that the additional funds would be used to better the lives of his children.
As I mentioned in previous post, if someone within this family steps up and demonstrates that the priorities are in line (subjective but I'm sure OT will investigate said competent person), I’ll contribute to better the lives of the innocent children caught in this shite show.

I have a suggestion that I’ll start a new post to avoid hijacking (wow, sounds funny) this one. I’m a lurker not a marathon poster but some issues require us lurkers to step out every now and then.

I saw that too. In charge of.. what, exactly? Weird wording.

I've always seen it worded that way. Especially in a small town.

Good info.

I was reading through last night and it sounds like GFM tries to get involved as little as possible (understandably) in possibly fraudulent cases. They aren't going to shut down something that isn't blatantly wrong, so since there is an actual death involved, they may not shut this down.

That said, they make it very easy to request a refund on a personal level if you think something is fraudulent.

I can't make y'all believe me. I completely understand if you don't. I could not live with myself scamming anyone, that's not who I am. For those of you that are interested, they have now published the obituary.

Doesnt the family write the obit? Each one on that site was worded and formatted differently.

Yeah, that is definitely her. Same first, middle, and last name. Same jail that David Eric has arrests at. Same glasses.

There aren't THAT many coincidences in a small town.

EDIT - Not that her having an arrest record makes a difference to the tragedy, fwiw

Born in 1977 according to the obit and the arrest was in 2009 which makes her 32 at the time

So I knkw that the aunt is worried about the money that was raised — I don’t think that there is a bank account in the op name or likely his sis-in-law

I’d suggest (sadly) that maybe people request their large donations back — he needs money for a FUNERAL — after that the money that people request back can be used if desired on an amazon wish list for the kids??

Idk — the Aunt seems legit just not close to the family.

Anyone with other suggestions?

That’s her. It was found the other day when CDs arrests were found. That, together with the SSA court document, linked in and Facebook accounts is why I believe the core part of the story is true.

Who set up the GFM and the strange communication since is still a mystery.

Everyone here is.

Just not everyone is confident the money will be put to good use and David has cast too many doubts on his timeline and story making it seem as though he is taking advantage of her death for his own financial benefit.
