I'd say likely anesthesia reaction or a blood clot. That's horrible.

Lean on family for emotional support and help today. Have faith that things will work out, it just may take a few days to clear your mind and figure things out.
I do not know how to set up a GoFundMe but some people here like The Mick set up one for the GA Southern couple last year. I generally contribute something depending on my own circumstances.
If you have a minister and an attorney call them - they may be able to give you good direction. I would wonder about an autopsy to determine cause of death.
Life has to go on, be there for the children.

Man just when you think life is rough for you personally you see things like this that put everything in perspective.
I am truly sorry for your loss but please do not do anything foolish as your kids need you more than ever right now. I would assume your wife would agree they are priority at this point.
