Hell there is no doubt that Israel knew as they were warned by the Egyptians and I think the Jordanians among others, they just didn’t pass along the warning. They even sent a bunch of agents to video the towers falling and people dying for propaganda, They were arrested as possible terrorist then released when they discovered they were Mossad

He came up short. Unfortunately still close enough to do a lot of damage.

Sorry I didn’t know you were one of the investigators that actually got to see all this in person.

My fault

That's hilarious

I'm a conspiracy theorist when it comes to conspiracy theorists.

There's no such thing as a conspiracy theorist really when your definition is that the person has to themselves believe what they are saying.

Maybe I just have a limitation on my ability to comprehend the lack of intelligence that it would take to truly believe these conspiracies.

"Conspiracy theorists" are all just trolls that get their jollies from saying really stupid things and then watching people overreact to it.

If someone trusts what the government tells them they’re either 1.) brainwashed 2.) stupid or both.

He says his gut instinct was telling him that Atta was obviously a terrorist, but that profiling was against the law.

I saw on one of the shows this year that airport security at Dulles (I believe) flagged a couple of the hijackers as persons of interest but once they boarded the plane nothing else was done.

The reasoning was that the prevailing thought was that if terrorists were going to do anything they would put a bomb in luggage and then stay behind and not be on the flight. They never expected suicidal terrorists. After all the years of suicide bombers in the middle east they never expected it here.

I’ll say it differently.

We all knew about suicidal terrorists. But they were all useful idiots. They were chaff.

That is a very different personality than what the radical Islamists successfully recruited- people intelligent enough and capable enough of getting into flight school and successfully learning to control such an aircraft.

How could someone intelligent enough to do such a thing also believe that such an act could achieve the intended goals constructed by humans who preach a religion

He must be one hell of a teacher because homes did things in a 757 that pilots with 30 plus years couldnt do.

I had the privilege of flying a simulator at Delta HQ in Atlanta in the mid 80s and the thing that always seemed strange to me was why they needed fligh training at all? Seems like a pretty risky thing to do given what they were planning. That flight simulator was one used to train Delta pilots and one would assume they (siumlators) were better in 2001 than they were in 1985. Accepting that they did indeed seek flight training also always made me wonder, especially at the time, if there weren't many more being trained for the same or similar missions that were never identified. Seeking training exposed the mission where some flight simulation in private may have provided the same level of "expertise" and if not simply crashing 4 airliners in the same day would have been a pretty bad blow, nothing like what the actual event was but bad. I am not saying they didn't seek training, they most assuredly did...I just always wondered why it was necessary....
