Nope. If his life wasn't in danger, killing her is murder. Doesn't matter if she was stealing or not. He may think it's a justifiable repose but it absolutely isn't.

Detectives suspect the real truth is that he did want more, she refused and the violence ensued. When "my friend" saw her he says she was not the type to steal BUT that was around christmas so she may have changed a bit.

Or was this lifestyle her choice? Many accounts have said she didn't appear to be tracking towards this lifestyle during college.
Very sad all the way around. Especially for the family. I cant imagine having to deal with these other facts on top of the murder and having to sit and look at this pos when he goes to court.

not to spread rumors, but a buddy told me this morning he swears he used to see her around the strip clubs. He seemed very certain it was her.

If it doesn't matter to the story, why include three sets of quotation marks on a pronoun representing the person involved in these actions?
You included them for a reason, perhaps to try and be funny with the story, I don't know. But it does lead one to question why you used them in the first place.
