Yeeeeaaaah it might be hard to prove threat of bodily harm there. Probably get nailed with negligent discharge. Plus I'm not sure truck guy achieved much other than blowing out his windshield. Unless he hit the first hole with the next two shots.

This is in Florida which we all know is a stand your ground state. I'm not sure the truck driving idiot will catch any charges.
