Construction worker with a green vest on, was working in math lab area or trying to appear to be working there. Cops are all excited after they put him in the car

All cops were in unmarked cars, 4 cops total. Two took down the perp. They used a back exit that I couldn't get to so had to run out the main exit and to the back to see them shove him in the car

Was the perp a middle-aged African-American, above average height, slightly pudgy around the middle with graying, short-cropped hair who goes by the nickname of "Bullet"???

That's what I try to tell people all the time. Cops, by and large, WANT to use all their cool toys, slide across hoods, draw their weapons, and beat the shite out of people. That's why they became cops in the first place. Any excuse to do so will be taken advantage of.

Talked to a cop and he was all worked up (assuming he was one of the two that tazed the perp), he wouldn't say anything but "one less bad guy"
