I can say from personal experience that Manhattan is way overpopulated with hot women. They all think they can move there and find the perfect man. Problem is that women all over the US think that and move there. At one time, there was a three to one single women to men ratio on the island.
That info is ten years old so it may have changed but, back then, I had a stunning girl walk straight up to me in a bar and ask me to go out with her. OT truth, I am not the type guy that this happens to. Ever.

9s and 10s get so much male attention daily and have been treated like special princesses their whole lives that I think it would be too risky to marry one. Way too full of themselves
9s and 10s are worth trying to bang, but not worth the marriage risk. Marriage/long term commitment is for 7s and 8s who are still hot, but more humble
However I think this article was probably written by a feminist to shame hot women and make the uglies feel better and feel like they have a shot to land a Chad Alpha Bucks.
