Funny how the cup spills on the floor but no fluid is spilled out of it.
Slow it down the punches "to the face" appear to strike the upper shoulder.
The filming aspects are also contrived. The guys on the couch are basically non-reactive to the fight.

Why would anyone first assume it was real? The set up is too pat. Why would you ask "why did you do it" when the cameraman suggests from the beginning that something was about to happen. Obviously, he knew why "he did it?"

They aren't WWE quality - you can get away with more in a low quality cell phone video.

Bullys don't have to be in incredible shape, in fact, most of the time they're not.
Most of the kids that bullied me in high school were little skinny short kids with serious problems in their home life. 3 of them didn't make it to graduation. I never saw the need to beat the frick out of them. Life had already done that.

The video focus and quality is weak enough no one knows whether that is good make up or not. Doesn't appear to be any deformity in shape (I'm blowing it way up using a CAD program).
It is too contrived. The "bullied" is the only guy not in a t-shirt. The camera man knows something is about to happen, but there really is not lead up to the confrontation.
The "bullied" guy is bigger and more bowed up than the bully.
