Now what happens, is that the dude that got beat the frick down retaliates in an escalated manner. Which, today, includes popping a cap in Mr. Revenges arse. Not smart.

Meh. I, along with probably most on here, was taught by my dad that if you get in a fight you don't stop punching till somebody physically pulls you off of the person or till you know he's not gonna try and get up and come back after you.
Yeah, those guys should've pulled him off but who knows? Maybe they had been bullied by that guy too and wanted to see the chickens come home to roost.
Eta: Not saying that the dude shouldn't be prosecuted. He probably should and will lose. But if that guy was really a bully and he bullied the other guy to where he felt as if he needed to whip his arse that bad then I don't blame him. That's the price you pay for being a bully.
