Yeah it's blowing up. I rode my bike from Seaside to Rosemary earlier this summer and there's community developments popping up left and right.

Fort Morgan > Orange/GS and those are for short trips, 30A is further and hence demands a bit longer stay. Either way, renting a stand alone home is the only way to go. No condos, ever.
ETA: I found some killer off road trails on 30A this year so I can't wait to go back. Dropped off my board at YOLO for repairs, so I'll be back to get it some time soon.

People w 30A stickers rent a place for a weekend and slap a sticker on their LTZ Suburban in a attempt to portray wealth. In reality they are insecure parents who wear matching vineyard vines hats and live paycheck to paycheck bc they can't afford their $60k truck and their kids' private school tuition

This is the thought I have every time I see a 30A sticker on a car (and it is usually on a shitty one at that)
Anyway, having been to both, I prefer GS/OB with the friends and 30A with the girlfriend

To me, there is no place better than Seaside or Rosemary Beach in Early May or early September. They are beautiful places and you miss the crowd. Between cafe 30A, great southern, Borago, Le Crema, George's and Stinkys, you never have to really leave 30A.
