I tipped 20% at Subway today because they made my sandwich to my exact specifications without me having to repeat myself
He gave you a footlong and you only put the tip in?

I left a 30% tip tonight after dinner. It wasn’t fast food, as I’m not a fattie.

I don't mind this because you actually watch them put it together.
You being able to be a voyeur to your sandwich being made is worth 20%?

It is not even fun to eat anywhere anymore.

Poor people brag about tipping because they couldn't really afford it. Normal people just do it and move on based on quality of service.

Or virtue signaling by tipping to show what a great guy you are.
I’m tipping less often. I’ve begun to resent the business owner who expects me to pay his employees. The owner knowingly underpays his staff and you're expected to make up the difference.
Especially offended by those little morality messages: tip our hardworking employees. No, a-hole, pay your staff a living wage.

I have gotten to where I only tip in sit down reataurants and my haircut place. No others usually. I never have food delivered through a service.
Every store you walk in these days expects a tip.

Go to LSU baseball game, cafeteria style service for coke and hot dog, when you checkout they ask for tip? They even ask you to pay tip cash so they can eep 100% of tip! WTH, of course I don’t tip for this lack of service. They expect a tip to slide your credit card thru the handheld machine! What is this world coming to?

My neighbor tips to the trash pickup and mail man.

I love hitting no tip when the frickers don't do shite. They won't to bitch about no tip, ask why should the customers have to subsidize your pay.
Same with the stupid arse charity crap they want you to donate to. Why don't the business donate money to these charities on the behalf of the customer, instead of pestering them? Or better yet, why don't the company do a 2 for 1 match.

Tipping needs to go away. Europe has this one right.

I’ve given garbage men tips before
Not even around my house… Or my town .
I do it bc they ride on the back of a fricking truck all day picking up other peoples shite.
In this world of lazy degenerate fricks not working, these guys earn every penny they make and I want them to know it doesn’t go unnoticed
At least by me anyways.

“Just follow the instructions on the keypad and it will ‘ask you a question’ at the end.” Hell no you’re not getting a tip for doing your actual job at Jersey Mike’s.

I just bought breakfast tacos at Fuel City and the girl spun the wheel on me, the dreaded tip % board.
I gave 15% for her to stick my tacos in a bag and so I wouldn't look like an a-hole.

Camp Bow Wow asks for a tip. You put my dog in a room and I pay you $25-40. Nah.
