That’s all good advice, but you’re forgetting one main thing: you’re dealing with a woman. She’s gonna do what she’s gonna do regardless of your check list, standards, how much money you’ve got, how good you look, or how freest your game is. And she’s gonna do it based on how she feels and what she wants at that particular time. And that changes every day.
If you’re lucky her feelings for you will remain true. But in most cases they won’t. And at that point all bets are off. And there isn’t anything you can do about it.

What is different now is that the mahority of men have no substantial retirement savings. Why would they stick around if throngs aren’t going well?
