If they can get the name first, that is clicks, that is viewership. That is valuable information.

It's not as unreasonable as you may think. How long does it typically take to release a shooter's name? How long did it take this time?

He’s also white passing. This is important as Black people continue to make the point about the two America’s. Somehow Police prove over and over again that they can apprehend armed and dangerous “white” men but easily will murder unarmed Black people often accused of petty crimes or no crimes at all. Cops will shoot Black men running away and who don’t pose any immediate threat.

You’re right. I should have said “the next day”
His name would have been released last night had he been a white male, as he was captured alive and brought to the hospital and his name was known.

Can investigations and the process that plays out be different case to case, place to place, and have situational factors? You are so dead set on the race narrative you can't even entertain the idea of anything else.
