I see 3 different forms of sugar in the picture of the new Gatorade label: sugar, dextrose, glucose.
Probably MOST consumers don’t even recognize half of their sugar intake because of the word games hiding it.

I had to do that back in the day… got pretty good at it. One of the biggest things to happen to the country was the ability to scan a UPC code on items.. a game changer.

I've scouted all the grocery stores in our area and have my strategy down. If the wife picks a store not on my list it never has some sort of ingredient we need.

Yep, cashier was actually a skill at one time. Technology has replaced human intelligence. Most of us are trained apes pushing buttons

that's one thing I've noticed about our grocery stores, there isn't one place where I can get everything I need, I usually need to make more than one stop, especially if I'm cooking something special
