Notice this guy never raised an accusation of brutality. A cop noticed it and reported it. Somewhere in this investigation, there was a good cop.

Yeah this is a by overboard.... I'm no doubt jaded, but I also know every officer isn't a piece of shite either.... it's unfortunate that there is such a large population that turns their head, and in turn being just as big a piece of shite as the ones doing the dirt... but yeah I know some very good officers personally as well.
