Top 10 Greenest states in the USA

Louisiana is ranked dead last. I have green shite growing out of concrete. Let them try that in southern CA.

Flying out of or into Baton Rouge, you wouldn’t think we’d be last. Louisiana looks like the stinking Amazon rainforest from a low flying plane

I think they are talking about environmental issues. We are definitely far down that list
