Burning question, but only slightly related. Whatever happened to phone sex and fortune teller hotlines. 30 years ago the girls in our dispatch office always had the TV on at night and the ads were constant.

Had a co-worker got fired for breaking into camps and using the phones for phone sex.

Met my gf of 4 years online. If there's such a thing as a soul mate, she's it. We can say things to each other without speaking, know how each other feels without talking. She's exactly like me and we have alot in common.

My ex wife wasn't a perfect match, nothing in common. We tried to make it work after kids but it didn't. I saw red flags and gave her the benefit of the doubt. Had I not married her, I don't meet my current gf.

I won't lie, I had to go through quite a few women online and it was really dumb luck that I found mine. I already know I'll never find someone better.

I always dated women younger than me. This one is 3 years older and perfect. She's crazy like every woman but her crazy is easy to deal with. She was with the same guy for 30 years, married, before I met her. She's been divorced for 5 years just like I have been.

I waited a over year after my divorce to even attempt dating. I slayed poon after that but it got old. I found an awesome woman and couldn't be happier.

The easiest period of my life to meet people was during my six year college career. You had so much in common with so many people. Living in Dallas after school wasn't much different. So many people I knew moved to the DFW area for work, especially North Louisiana people.

I've never met anyone I've dated online.

nice to have options beyond people you bump into.

The ones I bumped into are the ones I think about occasionally. There’s nothing more organic and fleeting than catching each others eyes and someone taking/or not taking the chance to approach the other. You’re risking rejection, it takes courage.
