Quite possibly the dumbest thing I've ever read.
But to answer your question...if at that pool, the lifeguard is charging for boat rides, and kills a customer..then yes, he is liable to know how to operate it.

Sometimes, shitty things just happened. Sandals didn’t ‘recruit’ them to go. It was the family’s idea to go out in a boat with grandma. RIP Granny.

I could never see our family suing over this.

They didn't even offer a free 7 day stay for mawmaw's death, only a 5 day?

On a side note, we went to Turks n Caicos 4 years ago and stayed at the Beaches resort, owned by Sandal's. That was an awesome trip. The entire island is staffed by Hatians and I wouldn't depend on them for much more than mixing drinks. No way would I count on them to save my life.
