And they have hwy 42 in priairiville that just started. It took them 5 years to add a turn lane on hwy 73 now they have 2 high profile projects at once

Something like this. Adding a turn lane, bike lanes, while removing two lanes of traffic

Well since they still don't have cutouts for the CATS buses I'd say it's doing a cluster frick.

The one CATS bus an hour? That stops like twice?

One of the biggest fuquas is that there are numerous democratic BR bus stops on Govt and with only one lane its gonna be a cluster.

You realize the bus doesn’t stop unless there’s someone there or needing to get off?

I agree they don’t need a “stop” every other block like it is, but it doesn’t really matter with how few riders and routes there are.

I don't know if SWB increased their budget but I've seen a lot more around on acadian and government. Those buses have been stopping at almost every stop for the past few months. Pretty annoying when you're driving down acadian behind some slow piece of shite doing 30 in the left lane, try to pass on the right and immediately see a bus stopped.

There’s only one route on Govt. and it’s every 30 min.

Travel Government every day for the last 10+ years. Multiple times a day.

I agree the busy stops at the Albertson’s and the one near Dufroc and also BRMHS need cutouts.

They added a roundabout at Lobdell just to piss off the F250 driving baws on the OT.

That intersection sucks. Because of the layout it’s 4 different light cycles and no right on red from govt to lobdell. But La hates them some roundabouts.

This is a really good idea (unlike the road diet). The light cycles are far too long there;

One of the stupidest ideas I’ve ever seen. Very glad I no longer own a business on government street.
