Article talks about smoking ban but its an easy example of government overreach

Looks like an extremely reputable website. The guy that runs it must have taken time away from creating his MySpace page to build it.

Smoking should be legal, but it should be taxed even more. Make it $20 for a pack.
Nothing good at all comes from smoking.
