He generally has a point i agree with on government overreach. But he lost me with this.

Yeah, the jury is still out whether or not second-hand cigarette smoke is bad for you

People are crazy and will never change their minds about this kind of stuff.

Why should you tax things you dont agree with?

It almost killed my Dad, it is why I quit.

There is not a single good thing that comes from smoking, why would you even want it around.

We can debate over taxation on many topics, but smoking just needs to go.

If you smoke, just quit. There is not a single valid argument to continue smoking.

I smoked 10 years and quit about 3 years ago. I don't agree with taxing it more though. Sin taxes suck.

True, taxing may not be the right answer and smoking is on the decline.

When I started it was just so freaking cheap to smoke. I do not even know what a pack cost today, but it was under $2 for me. We could afford that easy.

Age laws do not really work, never have.

Jesus Christ you're not only a pussy, but also a retard. Could I use the same argument to try to ban people from driving anything but an electric car? Second hand smoking is overhyped as frick and mostly an excuse for the fascists among us to try to paint smoking as a public health issue to non smokers when we partake in far more destructive activities daily.

Yes they do, but they are the only leverage is sinners have to keep the conservative nuts from making everything fun illegal.

And its our only bargaining chip when it comes to marijuana legalization. I'll take heavily taxed THC over no THC.
