Uh, yeah - assuming you mean THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.
Bunch of low-rent docs with cracker-jack box MPH degrees selling BS to poorly educated clowns like you.

Well because they can .. it’s just not state mandated. Now it’s eorher company or owner decision to do so.

They don’t have the power to do that in Louisiana

Nothing has changed JBE still has tons of power.
This thing will ultimately head to court because JBE isn’t going to lift or cancel anything because of a petition.

So has anything changed at all when it comes to restrictions or phases?

That governor is a loon. You are out of your mind

Yeah, let’s trust JBE’s docs

Hopefully it will be just like Michigan. Where the babies overturned the Gov. and then the Department of Health and Osha just put back the same exact rules that the Gov had.
Ultimately, much like the bill that was passed the petition will be a waste of time. This is going to court. If JBE loses then LDH will step up with some form of restrictions as well.

Not one thing has changed. This is going to become a battle of whose dick is bigger and will decided in court.

Landry says everything is open. Jbe says nothing has changed.
Posted on 10/24/20 at 7:31 pm to treyk89
Then why did JBE say
quote:
.@LouisianaGov: 'You can take away the declaration but not the emergency; you only take away the tools used to manage the emergency' #lagov #COVID19 #lalege

Exactly. It’s going to court

At this point I am happy even if it only pisses Edwards off. He deserves to feel disrespected because he is an assclown

He also said nothing has changed and the restrictions are still in place.

He can say that all he wants but he no longer has the power to hold businesses to the restrictions
Which is why bars are staying open til 2 & allowing people to actually sit at the bar

At first I thought they overturned LDH's authority to regulate health codes for businesses but if all this does is remove the declaration of an emergency then it won't have a big impact on actual regulations and enforcement.

Let’s see him enforce them before he gets a court ruling
