Gotham Steel pan, is this thing legit?

They had them for like $20 at rouses, almost bought one

Like any of those non stick pans, they work super for about a couple of months, then get worse.
You can prolong the effectiveness of them by making sure you never use "Pam" or those aerosol sprays on them and keeping your heat settings as low as possible.

My wife's grand gave us one as a gift. BEST dang crepe pan! It makes good eggs too. That's all we use it for.

Get a matfer carbon steel pan if you want lightweight and no stick.

I have had two for almost a year and they are beyond great. You won’t regret it.
