Got really lucky w/ new neighbor.

Former owner was a dead beat cop from New York. He would come down every few years and blast Mexican music while he grilled and his kids played in the pool. New owner is an Asian that is afraid to come outside.

This makes no sense
The house / pool was empty except when he came down every 3 years?

Yes in foreclosure. He had his cousin living there for free.

Cool we share asian neighbors then. My Asian that's what i refer to him as when he pulls up or drives out of his driveway.We dont really speak much because he is rarely home but we usually wave and acknowledge each other in passing.My wife and i figure he and his wife own a Nail saloon or something. When he is home he opens his garage and just sits there sometimes by himself or to watch his kids. Asian Neighbors are the best . Congrats
