Bought the vehicle in Nevada so it didn’t come with a place for front license plate. State of CA requires a front and rear plate.

Well the parking Nazis lit me up Monday for a $121 ticket

So now I’m in the market for a type of plate I can snap on while parked in certain areas and leave it off most of the time.

Update: ticket fixed, paid the cost of postage

Bought this ‘Sto n Sho’ off of Amazon for $88. The mount is under the bumper and you pull a little pin and can take the plates on and off.

Does your car have the thread in front retrieval hook? If so they make brackets that screw into that.

That’s nothing, wait till the Lincoln dealer gets hold of you for a new bracket.

State law BS! Louisiana got me for several inspection sticker tickets for emissions. Toyota dealership wanted $1400 to fix. Moved to Alabama and the same car is still running completely fine with no inspection sticker or $1400 fix.

It would be a roughly 2" x 2" square, probably the same color as the bumper that you can pop out. I don't see it. Its usually off-center.

Just take it to to a body shop, they’ll take care of it in two minutes

Just zip tie it to your grill. It will make your ride look fancy.

im not wanting to drill holes and screw a permanent bracket on. I just want something easily snapped in and out of place.

All of those rules are SO dang restricting, huh? And apparently, expensive!

Okay, I'm done with this.

Good ruck!

That's the business if you have one. Front plates ruin the lines of a car. The only thing as bad as a front plate is a dealer sticker/applique on the deck lid.

Just draw the numbers on the front bumper with a sharpie.
