and War - Edwinn Star both more broadly anti-war songs, but definitely inspired by the Vietnam War. War, particularly so.
It would be possible to make a pretty good song list solely from a broader genre of "Vietnam Era" songs, because you'd pull in some CSNY stuff, Jefferson Airplane, a good bit of Dylan, songs from Vietnam films that are spot on (The End and Flight of the Valkyries from Apocalypse Now!; Mickey Mouse Club theme from Full Metal Jacket).
Interesting topic. Probably could move to music board, but will get more action on the O-T.

Goodnight Saigon is great. My mom used to play it in the car and get really emotional about it. It's good because it doesn't really form a stance and shove it down your throat, just telling a story.

All mentioned already are great. I saw a Billy Joel concert in the Assembly Center in 1984/1985 or so, and that song was so dramatically presented. The Helicopter intro is awesome live.
I'll add one more to the discussion, Brother's in Arms by Dire Straits.

This is the song I remember that was played almost nonstop during that time. There were a lot others, many mentioned here.

White Rabbit is the obvious choice.

Springsteen Born in the USA and off of a more recent Springsteen album I really like The Wall.

"They heard the hum of our motors, we counted the rotors, and waited for us to arrive".
Best fkn' lyric. The guy is a genius musically.
