I don't see how you get around the fact that you have to have about 20 orgasms after getting snipped just to flush out the remaining sperm that are downstream from the snip.
You can flip this switch, but you've still got some live ones in the barrel. Not good.

You're supposed to ejaculate a dozen or so times before all the sperm clears when you have a vasectomy
