If those causing the pissing contest would join your diet they could work a little more efficiently.

Fish, have you talked to your doctor's office? Maybe Entresto has a program that can help. At the very least, they can check with the rep.

Did you have any caffeine or red wine last night? If not, I honestly wouldn't go for a 10 mile run after having palpitations last night. Could have been a fluke or anxiety or something consumed. Or something that you really need evaluated by a doctor. I'd give it a bit though before pushing. I have tachycardia, and without medicine, it makes me feel awful. Plus, it's scary. Adding a lot of physical activity when my heart rate is wonky is not smart. I lie down and drink a lot of water when I have some breakthrough palpitations. Take it a little easy. Hope you feel better soon.

Make to much money so they say. I still have the same plan "D" with the same insurance company. Maybe they screwed up. IDK. I will call Monday.

So, you have heart troubles too! Sucks the big one when shite gets out of wack. More so when my CRT-D fires off.

I hope it works out for you.
Makes me so mad that if you have coverage they expect you to pay hundreds of dollars for meds but no coverage means free meds. It's like they think people only exist as either completely destitute or rolling in it.

Not really really. I have what I refer to as "hummingbird heart." It just races. I'm super high strung and overweight. But it ran crazy even when I was young and thin. Just my nature. If I could be a calmer person, it would help a lot. It's been worse since I've been pregnant but will hopefully calm down once the baby is born. I have seen an AICD fire once. No thanks!

Morning everyone. Would have loved to sleep in today but no dice due to family drama.

Just very frustrating dealing with my dad and his ongoing mental issues.

Prays sent and hang in there. I know it's rough. Try to find a support group.

Severe anxiety?

It is tough. He keeps saying "the meds don't work" and all I can tell him is that they do...but they take time (as in several weeks to months). My dad just won't listen to us. I try to tell him over and over that he has to also take care of himself (eat when he should cause he is type 2 diabetic and out of whack blood sugar will amp up the anxiety and try to take some walks for exercise). But he totally dismisses us with "that won't help". Even when the doctor tells him the same thing...doesn't seem to make him grasp it.

Doesn't help that he totally feeds off all the attention he gets from this. It is a very trying time for me. So much I'm seeing a therapist over it to help me deal with it. I need things to be low stress for me cause I'm hopefully gonna start fertility treatments soon.
