The girl in the OP is 14, the law specifically has a provision for under 13 for 1st degree rape. Honestly I don't know why they are charging him with 1st degree and I have a feeling he will probably plead out to similar charges as the guy in the link Chad posted. Sounds like someone is jealous he can't pull the young ones. I'm 35 and get asked out by 18 year olds all the time. If two people are into each other and happy, and she's legal, then I say good for them. My ex-wife is 2 years older than me, and she's less mature than a lot of these younger girls I've met.

I'm not responding to all your ranting, but this statement exemplifies how dumb you are. you don't even realize this charge carries mandatory life without parole. Since you support the idea that it doesn't matter whether or not he knew she was 14, and he already confessed to the sex, you must support sending him away for life. Bc that's the only option. If you don't think he deserves life in Angola, then you also disagree with the law. Just like me.
