His dad loves to tell the story of how he stomped on an LSU cap as he and Notre Dame took the field at Tiger Stadium.
But that's okay. I love to tell the story about how my brother and I went to South Bend the following year and watched Henry Thomas kill their dreams with a blocked FG for the win, and how it was the first and only time I've ever seen fans actually cry over a football loss.

It looked like this but was Heather grey. Logo looked a little distressed but I may be mistaken. So somebody find the shirt so I can buy it. I couldn't.
