They should show that video for anyone deciding if they should stay for a Cat 4 or 5 when in the direct path. Im betting places would be empty.

The confusion comes down to Cajun naming. The guy in the video is Raymond Sr even though the guy in the obituary was not senior. This is T-Raymond. Different middle name.
